A listing shows the figures buyers filter on and keeps everything that identifies the business behind the NDA.

  • On the listingIndustry, region, years in business, staff, revenue, cash flow (SDE), asking price and multiple, recurring share, seller financing, and how long you will stay for the handover. No name, no address.
  • How figures are markedEach listing says whether its figures are verified through a connected revenue feed, proven inside the industry range without disclosure, or seller-reported. Buyers see the difference before they ask.
  • Behind the NDAName, address, statements, customer and supplier detail, lease and contracts: only in the deal room, only for buyers you approve after an NDA and proof of funds.
  • Public or privateList publicly with no identifying details, or privately by link to the buyers and brokers you choose.
